Best, cause what you've always been trying to do, no matter what the location is let people know what you think of the world, and this gives you that without the constraint of actually like, having to deal with the boring, workaday bits of actually reviewing something, or the worse constraints of having to write for your readers. Worst, cause it means you're totally unedited and, more significantly, unfocused.
